Is this under a load, or in neutral?
What ECU are you running?
Does it hit Vtec?

Is the oil low?

Why do you have a VTEC switch...?

EDIT: I see what you mean now... VTEC switch CEL code. I thought you meant a manual VTEC engagement switch that some people like to install...

Fix the VTEC oil pressure switch problem before you go looking for other problems.

noooooo, he's saying the VTEC oil pressure switch code is a wiring problem. He hasn't figured out the cause yet for the overall problem of this thread. Just stay tuned for results.

well wires in the ecu harness are cut and rewired when i bought the car so i just followed the wire from the switch to the ecu and sure enough there was a cut,now my car still isnt passing 5500k and now it hesitates at 2k and on idle it goes crazy i think its the iacv but would it cause it to hesitate when getting to 2k

lol.. it must have been acid rain.. anyways that seem to be your only problem so far.. so it could just be that.. replace it and let us know what happens.. or at least clean it if its not damaged..
