I have a 02 ep3. I got in the car the other day to go out and try to engage my cruise control didn't engage. Rather odd since i have never had problems with the cruise control before. It wont engage neither will the cruise light above the speedo come on to telling me it's engaged. The green indicator light on the left side of the dash towards drivers door comes on to tell u cruise is ready to be used. I checked fuse 4 and 10 according to my haynes manual they both were good. Also another problem i encountered the same day is when i put my foot on brake the dash illuminates like it would if you were to turn on head lights. I feel like it may be a brake switch but not sure. can anyone help. also checked contacts on brake,clutch switches. also contact on cruise controls on steering wheel.
