Default Checking valve clearences B20/b16

Building a street b20 with a b16a head with ITR valves, ITR valve springs and ITR Cams and a port and pollish,

Its well documented the b20 v-tec and clearence should be no issue? but fools rush in so.....
The issue i have is i want to clay the crown of 1 and 2 piston and check the clearence but how do i equate for the v-tec lift?

also I plan on using the above set up on a stock b20z1, re-newing the crank seals, sump seals and baffeling the sump (while off) any draw backs on using the stock block with no modifications, i.e. is the stock oil pump up to the job? also is an oil cooler any obvious advantage?

Take a look in the FAQ that is stickied at the top of the forum for a how-to on P2V which covers locking VTEC.
