b16/b18c/ctr wont idle properly
ok i have a :
1991 da integra
stock jdm b16a head
jdm gsr block, and crank, bored 81.50 with 81.50 ctr pistons
315 dsm injectors
p28 chipped ecu
problem is when i start the car(this is on a cold start) it goes to 1300rpms then 10-20 seconds later it drops to fluctuating 650-800rpms. as it sits there and warms up it fluctuates a little more 500-800, so it's seems to have a harder time idling properly as it warms up. i have been stuck on this for almost 2 months now, so any and all help will be appreciated.

put factory injectors in along with a non-chipped vtec ecu then start testing
-clean iacv
-screw in fitvalve
-bleed coolant system
-check for vacume leaks/vacume routing
-report back

I put factory injectors in, but didn't have stock ecu. Car ran almost exactly the same. Just idled a little low. Checked and rechecked iac, fitv, bled coolant, changed thermostat
