I got in my 1999 honda accord 4cyl vtech lx a couple of days ago and tried to turn on my defroster button and the light didnt light up nor did the air start blowing out of the shield vents. So then i tried to turn on the a/c button but the same thing the a/c will not even kick the compressor or anything on. Short story all the dash buttons will not work. The radio works the headlights an taill ights and all inside lights work but not the dash lights.

I have checked all fuses and they all look fine. Both left/right and under hood panels. I read that the driver side multiplex might be the culprit... but im not sure and its $109 from honda so not wantin to jump to fast. Any body have any other ideas as what i should do?????
