Default Please help!!! Bad idel on a mpfi swap

hey everyone.. first off thanks for ur time! i hope someone can help me on my problem!

ok first off i got a 88 crx dx dp and converted it to mpfi and ran the whole car obd1 and using a po6.

the car starts right up and when it starts it revs up to 2500rpm and goes down to like 1500rpm and then goes back up! WTF!!!

ok i cleaned the iacv, dont have a fitv im using a 96-00 ex throttle body and i checked for any im vacum leaks etc nothing.

i also thought it was my rad bc thier was a leak so i took it out and jdm leaned a dual core aluminum eg rad for now and bleed the lines and i have good pressure and everything flowing good! and still does it.. im only throwing code 41 which is the o2 sensor which i havnt wired up yet! could this be the problem? i tried everything and dont know what else to try.. maybe a diff po6 ecu? maybe the one i have is bad?

well if anyone else has any ideas please chime in and give me some info please! thanks for your time and i hope someone can HELP ME!! bc i wanna drive the lil beast lol

put your hand over the throttle body and see what happens.

try spraying some carb cleaner around your intake manifold with the car running, and see if the RPM's change. if so, you have either a gasket leak from the TB/IM, or its a vacuum leak.

any CEL's?

(just saw the o2 sensor code), yes, that can **** your idle up as well. either go back to obdo with a pm6, or wire the o2 sensor
