Just picked up a rear mount for a my civic, I'm gonna be installing it with the motor in the car still so I know its gonna be a bitch haha. My question is Do i have to modify the subframe at all, cut anything? Just trying to see if this is gonna be a quick 1 hour job or a few. All help appreciated.

No modification needed. Doing it is a bit of a puzzle (you'll see what I mean). Pay attention to how the old one comes out, it will help getting the new mount back in. It can be done with the engine in the car.

Also a lift would be ideal.

 

nope you dont cut nething if its a hasport you just bolt it right up and it wont be as bad as you think even with the motor still in the car
