Hello, a buddy of mine has a 95 Accord EX with an H22A swap. Anyways, I found that the previous owner put a piece of cardboard between the IAC and the intake itself. I don't know for what reason?

- I checked and grounded the MAP, idle control motor, and IAC to check if they were still good. When I unplugged the IAC censor, the idle shot back down. ONLY when the car warms up, it idles at 1200 - 2000 rpms and surges. I checked for vaccuum leaks.

I dont know if the H22 has a fast idle thermo valve or not but if it does i would clean it / replace it. There is info about this in the FAQ forum. If you clean it make sure you read the whole post, and tighten the piece inside as well. Maybe you have a line not routed correctly?
