What fenders are these?
Look like a variation of the ricey *** z3,f1,etc. fenders from the past.
J's or not, I don't like them.
If they serve a purpose(i.e. save weight, actually help to vent those brakes), then

They're made by Shift Sports in Japan. I have a set on my car and they do cost pretty penny. They also fit like ****, lol. Took me hours with a propane torch to slowly bend and mold the fenders to get the right fitment.
They are 10mm wider than stock, so can run lower offset wheels in the front.

There are more people that make fenders like that other then J's racing and shift sports. The reason for the fenders is to run wider tires in the front without rubbing issues. The vent my guess is to reduce drag caused from the wider fenders.
The fenders you posted are SHIFT SPORT as stated above
