Icon2 bogging...? fuel cutting or missing?

I was driving just a minute ago, car has been fine all day. put a new axle in this morning and oil change yesterday. So i know everything is good to go, and i'm out driving and on the way home at a stop light my car starts doing something funny.. i was like ok wtf is this s***?

Its like my car was missing.. but only to a certain degree. like if i push the pedal between a half to three quarters of the way it would start to bog/miss/fuel cut or something... not really sure what the hell was happening but then it was doing it all the way home until i got into my drive way and then it stopped.

My Mom's car is in the way so i can't really get it in to the garage right now, because its 1:30 am lol. but in the morning for sure it will be in there. anyone got any input. i'm gunna check to make sure the spark plugs are good which they should be because they were replace 2 months ago (NGK) and also i was thinking mayb the fuel pump was going bad, or clogged mayb?? not really sure if they can get clogged but i know when they go bad and you try and excelerate it doesn't pump fuel fast enough into the motor therefor you kinda bog... so mayb thats it?? HELP PLEASE

you know my B16 did that in my del sol for a long time i found it would do that from time to time. I thinking was 3 things my ECU was chipped but it had a stock settings on the chip, my dizzy Cap the leads were fried, or the spark plugs were bad i was running E3's and they were too hot...but i was building another motor so i never found out what cause it...but i would check those 3 things

it was my rotor button and distributor cap gone bad.. so it was missing. i took the distributor cap off and the rotor button looked like complete ***.. so i changed it out and the distributor cap was going to need to be replaced soon so i did that as well. Car runs ten times better than before...
