so after a while of driving my car, it starts to idle high like around 1.5k to 2k...but when i pull my gas pedal up, the throttle will drop to its regular idle...then when i drive it agen, itll stay back to around 1.5 to 2k and so fourth...could my throttle body need cleaning and my iacv cleaned...

 

Yeah, I think the throttle body needs a thorough cleaning.
