Default HELP: drivability issue!

My setup:
00' SI, 96' JDM GSR, ported&polished head, comlete new valve train, buddy club specIII cams. JDM TYPER pistons STD, lightened flywheel. All block components completely balanced, professionally done by machinist. Blox intake manifold/header/FPR. Stock injectors. Ive used the following ecus- US/JDM GSR , hondata, stock SI

Problem: While driving engine cuts out, no matter how much gas I give, no response, then all of a sudden engine cut back in(about 2-3seconds of cut out). Its a harsh cut out and cut back in. This problem was going on before i rebuilt my motor this winter. I checked pretty much everything i could think of; heres my list of what i checked.
TPS sensor-good all in spec.
MAP- good
Timing- right on
Cap/ Rotor/ Wires-new
Ignitor- good
jumper harness- good brand new
coil- good
fuel pressure is good even when engine cuts out.44psi
new timing belt
cam timing is good/ ignition timing.
I checked all wiring, tried switching out ecu's nothing changes. All vaccum hoses are good; im running out of things to check, anyone with that has some ideas that could help would be very helpful! Thanks.

Intermittently bad coil or ICM in the distributor? Have friend who will let you borrow a compatible distributor?

Try also swapping the ICM and, if no satisfaction, then the distributor. Are all of the distributor wire connections clean and tight?
