Default question about emissions

ok ive been drivin my 96 accord ex around my neighborhood like a damn nascar race. ive put about 40 miles on it. i took it up to the emissions station with about 25 miles and the ecu hadn't completely reset so now i only have 1 free emission test.

i was wondering if there is a trick to getting the ecu to reset faster or if there is a way to find out if its done other then waiting for check engine lights(which hopefully it doesn't have)

is there a way to trick it into thinkin the ecu is ready

ok ive read that if you turn your car onto the II position not turning on the engine if the engine light is on for 20 seconds and then turns off then its reset but if it blinks 5 times they are not.

on my car i turn it to the II position and the engine check light turns on for a second and then like 1-2 seconds later it turns off and you can hear something switching off when it turns off. it doesn't blink at all or stay on for 15-20 seconds. possibly a fuse problem?

also would the tranny shifting late problem have any effect on this?

its a 1996 honda accord ex vtec

Has anyone ever tried just jacking the car up onto stands and letting the tires spin freely to get the ecm out of not ready?
