Default b vtec rocker arm piston stuck

Not exactly all motor related but this is the forum I frequent most often.

I am assembling my b16 head and two of the small pistons in the rocker arms are not coming out. I had cleaned everything once a few months back in my parts washer and hit them all with a little wd40 to prevent rust. I put all the rocker arms in a small box and there they sat till now. I only have a small magnet right now that doesn't seem strong enough and I sat them in a cup of oil to soak, maybe that will help.

Any ideas?

(Not exactly all motor related but this is the forum I frequent most often, flame suit on!!!)

Soak them in penetrating oil. If you didn't remove the pistons and wash them off thoroughly and coat them with oil or silicon after they were soaking in the parts washer, they are most likely rusted stuck.

Yeah I soaked them in pb blaster over night. I got a good size magnet from lowes and they came out pretty easily. No rust though. I can finish the engine tonight now.
