Default Anyone have a 99 Si Vacuum Diagram?

I cannot find one for the B16a2. I have been looking for a while and can only find the B18 diagram. I think I found my link but want to check all of the lines to be sure.

Thanks!!

Ok, the car has been running terrible the past few days. I was told it was my iacv, i cleaned it twice and replaced it. Problem still occurred. I started it today and was letting it have it's tantrum while I looked around for the leak because though no one else could I could hear it hissing. I traced the line from the cruise control to the back and it was cracked so I fixed that which was a chore since the previous owner used a plastic tie to hold it in place instead of metal so it adhered itself to the bracket. Genius! Got that cleaned up and started it back up. Still hissing. I put my hand on the intake manifold to get a closer look and it sucked me in. I shut the car off to climb back up on the block to find out what was "supposed" to be there and the hole was filled with silicone! WTF? If it needs to be blocked off....there are threads in there.....what should we block it off with??? AHHH silicone???? A bolt, duh! I don't get him but whatever. So now I have this gaping hole on the back of my manifold and am curious if something is supposed to be there or if it is for something you can add for performance and does in fact need to be blocked off. I have it circled here. Please let me know, it is the one circled.

The one on the middle and the one(s) on the right are occupied. lol.

Is that an Edelbrock manifold?
Mine came with little stubby things that screw into place to block off extra holes. They were driven in by an alan wrench, and are about 2mm deep.
