450cc injectors in a stock crx?
i have a D15 CRX DX with just a cat back exhaust and CAI and i was wondering would i get anything out of putting 450cc injectors off a 1st gen turbo eclips in my car? Also anyone know what size the stock injectors are?
Thanks

no definately not something you want to do. first of all your car is dpfi and you only need to upgrade injectors if you have forced induction or a built all motor setup. you should invest any thing into that engine. just save for a swap or do a mini-me head swap would be a good place to start.

how much would 450cc injectors off a 1st gen turbo eclips go for? and would they really be good for a 90 civic hatchback, sohc zc (non vtec) with a turbo or should i go for 550's??
lol... they are good injectors if you are going to a turbo setup, so by all means, boost up. otherwise you will get crappy performance and waste a lot of gas by just adding these.
well i had plans to turbo it so i had bought these a few months ago for 30 bucks and now they are just sitting around cause i have no money for a while to continue with the turbo and i was just wondering what would happen if i had just put them in
Without a tune, you will not idle properly at all. It'll idle at like 2000 RPMS or something rediculous like that. Also, if you do decide to put them in and tune, you need to make grommets for them to sit into on the factory intake manifold. The case on the injector is slightly larger than that of a honda injector. Check the 92-2000 Civic FAQ for more info.
