Default 96 to 2000 Civic conversion with B18C

I have GSR swap in my 96 EK and currently doing a 2000 type front end conversion, will the 2000 head lights fit in the 96 stock housing? Another question, which would be be better turbo or stick wih N/A and build it up?

I think he wants to do a 2000 front end conversion on his 96. He was asking if 2000 headlights fit the 96 and I told him he has to change all that stuff
