i am having trouble starting my ls vtec my distributor was working perfectly fine one week ago and my friend tried to troubleshoot with his motor using my dizzy and it did the same thing his old dizzy was doing no spark only on 2 plugs.... i put it on my car and i have that problem now what could be the reason

okay i tried my friends b18 dizzy and it does the same..... this is a working dizzy i think i have a problem with my harness?

Try a different ecu. Did someone hack the wires goin to the dizzy?

 

i have a boost map loaded on my p28... someone said i have to reset my ecu?

i had taken off my dizzy to fix a cam seal thats basicly it and it started acting up like this.

 

Are the plugs or plug wires possibly bad for the two non-firing cylinders?

 

the plugs are good and i have 2 sets of wires.... anyone have this problem before?

 

Are you sure you have hooked up the wires in the correct order to the dizzy?
