Default warrenty support for CRP manifolds??

ok so my POS crp ramhorn is cracking in like 4 spots, one of the runners is completly broken all the way thru. might be 5-6 spots, wondering if anyone has delt with them. I think their company might be gone cuz they dont have a website anymore. help plz

and also, how much does re-welding usually cost? might just have to fork over $700+ for full race but rly dont want to...

I dont think CRP is around anymore. Based off your description, sounds like your CRP turned into a ebay manifold. Your best bet would be to just purchase a new manifold. If money is a issue, there are plenty of other companies that make nice ram horns.

That sucks man. Just get a new one. Anyone that knows what the're talking about will tell you to do it right the first time. Now that youre past that, check out RCAustoworks. You can get a nice mini ram for $450.

cars been turbo 40,000mi never had one problem, I did do it right the first time.. but I cant buy a mini ram cuz then my dp and dumptube wont fit.. it either a new ramhorn or a mani/dp combo, itds gonna be $600+ any way I do it.

anyone know how much it would be to get it welded? or if its even worth it?

not worth it. if its cracked that much its difficult to weld used metals plus even more so that itll probably in difficult areas, cannot grind/cut/ drill to properly prep

Shoulda went with full-race. You can try and sell it to someone who is a DIY and recoop some of the losses.

Or inlinepro or quality log/cast, always weary of shops that open up and flop the next year.

As phil said, it's hard to re weld a manifold that is contaminated with burnt fuel/oil. When getting full penetration it will contaminate the puddle.

Buy a new manifold...let that be a lesson learned cuz weve all made them.
