i have a 91 ef hatch, stock motor, i need a new drivers side axle, my friend just sold his d16y7 motor out of his ek, can i use his drivers side axle? will it fit and work the same thanks. all i need is a yes or no answer, explain if you have to if i need to change thiings to make it work thanks!

 

If you have a std hatch no, dx/si yes.

 

how do i tell? i run vin searchs it does not give dx or standard? its no si, its a 4 speed if that helps
