what exactly is your question?

zc has pm7 pistons
same rods as any d16
stock cams are good
intake manifold is unique to the dohc, some companies make adaptor plates

Basically it's a DOHC D16A6 with a few little quirks like the IM that 88zchatch mentions.

Most (if not all) of the internals are the same if I remember correctly. I usually recommend just getting light boost and having fun with these motors.

yeah going n/a on a dohc zc is going to be expensive and yeild poor results. They love boost though and you could build a kit for cheap or buy one from a reputable company like www.go-autoworks.com

Not to thread jack but does anyone know how much boost they can handle on stock internals?

It's typical to stay at about 200hp for a stock internal daily driver.
I've heard of 250hp DD's , but they don't seem to last long no matter what the tune - ring lands and rods are the weak points.

check out the Forced Induction forum!

There is no answer to that as the different sizes of turbos affect the power/strain on the motor. You could put a big *** turbo on at 4 psi and make same power as a tiny one at 12. Just random numbers i threw out but you get what im saying.
