Default Body Guys: Best Way to pull this out?

Just bought an EM1 with this killer dent. It was hit by a plow truck. Havent had time to pull the bumper off and take good pics. Getting alot of mixed answers on what to do. Any Info or input would be great.

I would weld a tab to the very edge and use a hydraulic ram to pull it out.

porto-power from the inside and don't push on the exterior quarter. Push on the piece under the bumper. use the rail right next to it to push off of with a block of wood and a porto power than another block of wood on the quarter. Will take some manuvering and patience to get it to come out without buckling and distorting but you could get it out without any problem.
Pretty vauge description but it is hard to explain.

Avoiding distortion is the key. Im not too savy with body work. Would it be costly for something like this to be pulled out? Im just worried about some shmuck destroying it worse than it already is.

Take the rear bumper off and just pull it straight, if it has any distortion just fill it up and sand her smooth. Then if you can paint have someone paint it. Not too hard.

the key is to get little distortion so not much filler is needed. if you have to ask how to do this you probably dont have the tools to do it. i vote take it to get pulled out.

Is it bend in or creased inside the trunk?
