i found a ls tranny for my 91 ls and its 400$ with 43,000 miles. is that a good price?

 

I know B16/GSR tranny's go for about $800-900 so $400 for an LS is prolly a pretty good deal.

 

with no paper work or any kind of warranty, i wouldnt pay over $300 for an LS tranny. But if your getting proof that the miles are that low, sounds like a good deal to me.

GSR trannies go for around $400-500 around here
ITR's are 800-1200
LS 100-250

i just sold a perfect GSR trans for $400 which is basically the going rate.
brand new ITR trannies can be had from a guy at currey acura for $1300 new which is seriously a good deal.

 

I picked up a GSR tranny on here for 400 shipped! I wouldn't give but 250 for a LS.

 

ha i get them for 65 bucks at the local junk yard, they sell motors at 165 and transmissions for 65 each, no matter what vehicle, its a flat rate..

i bought my gsr HYDRO with 70k on it for 300$, and it's fkn mint. but the going rate is 500$, i wouldnt pay more than 300 for a HYDRO LS
anyone who wants 400 for a CABLE LS tranny is on sum srs drugs that i want

 

This guy is right on. 91 ls cable tranny is not worth $400. Maybe $200

 

should i just buy a gsr tranny cause im willing to spend 400 lol.

 

yeah theres a place in cleveland called pull apart and no matter what car all parts are the same price its a flat rate.
