Going to a junkyard and Cutting the connectors off a harness is a good way to get pins.
Ive used pins from a Aftermarket headunit plug. They were the same.
You dont really need a How to on this. Get some solder and shrink tube.
Honda has alot of comman two pin connectors. You can get them at the junk yard also.
Youll need a two pin connector for the pressure switch cause it needs to be grounded.
One pin connector the solenoid and Knock sensor. People will say you need to ground your knock sensor or it needs to be a sheilded wire, Other people will say the knock sensor grounds itself on the block.
Ive had no problems using a single wire right to the ECU from the knock sensor.
You can even get all two pin connectors and just De pin the one wire.
Edit: To get the pins into the ECU you can use a small pair of needle nose pliers to pull up the little plastic piece that locks the pins in.
Here are the Pin outs on the ECU.

also according to phearable.net it says for the iacv fix to ...
move A14 to A12 and unpin A13.... that would mean there is only 1 wire going into the ecu now.... wheres the other wire go??
