hey i got my 2 door and i was thinkin bout rippin the back seats out and all the interior panels out is this worth the time and making the car have no backseat and all that shizz.

then do what you feel is right if you want weight reduction and you dont care that you can only have 1 passenger go for it plenty of people do it

I took my back seats out because I installed s2k seats so the backs don't match, plus I don't have passengers very often anyway. You will laugh when you take the panels out and you see how little everything weighs. The back seats in these cars are very light... If you are cool with the look of bare metal than go for it, it doesn't really bother me. Just know that you won't notice any kind of performance gain...

Since you asked opinions... No, I think its retarded for a DD. The car in incredibly loud with road noise, exhaust noise, rocks hitting the bottom of the car, Where I'm from only the ricers gut their street cars for that ultra-light race "look" is all it is. It doesnt weigh enough to worry about for a DD in the end I believe you'll regret it... But thats my .02 its your car.

That is true it does significantly increase noise. You can hear the water going through the fender wells a lot when its raining...
