Default Tps help

i have a b16 in my 91 sedan and i need to know if theres a way to check or calibrate my tps. its not throwing any codes but when im at a crusing speed it cuts back but if i hit the gas it accelerates fine, but when i get to a constant speed it starts cutting back again. it could possibly be something else any suggestions would be welcome.

Using a multimeter check for voltage on the middle (red) wire, you should have .5v. Use a t-25 torx to loosen the sensor, turn until you see .5v , tighten the sensor and recheck your readings. If that doesent help, adjust your valves and make sure you ignition system is perfect (good cap, rotor, plugs wires, ignition timing)
