FS/FT: 96 Civic Hatchback with ls swap in WI!!!

Just as the title states, I have a 96 civic hatchback with a b18b1 swap in it. The chassis only has 115k on it. I have no idea what the swap has for miles but its really clean and doesnt leak anything. The car is red, has a couple little dings here and there, and only has a spot of rust the size of a quarter on the driver side rear quarter. The paint is super glossy yet, but it has black " super sweet and tricked out" decals down both sides. The exhaust is a full 2.5 inch mandrel bent one piece exhaust with just a can at the back so its loud. The car also is lowered on neuspeed springs and has a stage 2 clutch of some sort, its either engaged or not and its fairly stiff. It pulls really hard! It also has an aftermarket header of some sort. I bought the car like this! Ok, so here is the deal. A day after I bought it, the driver side motor mount ripped right off the block and the driver side of the engine dropped and broke the driver side axle. Upon inspection, one bolt had already been broken off in the block and one was previously stripped out. So it was really only held together with one good bolt. I took out the engine and drilled the 3 holes out with a 27/64 drill bit and retapped the holes with a 1/2 inch tap with 13 threads per inch. I used to work at a machine shop so it was pretty easy. I used a half inch bolt in the new holes, I know its switched to SAE threads now but its beefy and not going anywhere. I have been driving the car for 2 weeks after it was put back together with a new axle, and its solid! The only issue with the car is that the speed sensor is broken so the cluster doesnt tell you how fast you are going! It does have full interior and an egay steering wheel! I am asking $3500 for the vehicle since the body is pretty good and it has no mechanical issues but the speed sensor> Also willing to trade! Send the offers!
