Will any K-series alternator and compressor interchange w/ k20a2?

Will any K-series alternator and compressor interchange w/ k20a2?
I need to know if the alt. and ac comp. from a K24a4 can bolt onto a 2002 RSX k20a2. Also the brackets for said parts. And the plugs. Much thanks.

I would check on http://www.acuraautomotiveparts.org and see if the part numbers match up. If they do then your good to go.
