It's always been worth it to me to pay a machine shop to do bearings. (NOT something you wanna mess up)

Answer these questions and maybe someone will be able to assist you easier.

What rods are you using? Stock or aftermarket?
What are your rod big end measurements?
What are your main bearing tunnel measurements?

You only have half of the measurements you need.

If you are using the stock crank and rods do the following.
Take down your bearing codes from your crank. Should be letters or bars ie. bbbbb, cbcbc or l, ll, ll and ect. ( If you sit the crank in front of you with the oil pump side on your left hand side the code will be on the left side of your counter weights.)
After that take your bearing codes from your rods. should be numbers 1234.
When you have the two match them together and look to your honda manual. If the manual says that you can run green bearings then you'll be able to use the standard ACLs. If not run the color bearings it says in the manual.

alright well i know how to install them just never had to buy them. i measured the clearances without bearings for the crank journals and rod journals.
crank main journals
.163 .164 .163 .163 .163
rod journals
.125 .124 .124 .125
the numbers on the crank starting with oil pump side first
rod 1-c4 on one side and 3 on other side
rod 2-c on one side and 3 on other side
rod 3- d on one side and 4 on other side
rod 4- c on one side and 3 on other side
i did my best to use that website to figure out what bearings will fit, but it seems like this crank was grinded down some so the bearings definitely need to be oversized, the company is offering standard, .25 and .5 over. its pretty close to needing .5 over. what do you guys think

alright well i got all my measurements done.
main journals are 2.328"
crank journals are 2.1638"
crank rod journals 1.7693"
rod bore 1.895"
im gunna re measure the main journal bore size tomorrow cuz if my calculations are right .25 o.s. will be too thick of a bearing by like .05. i know all my other measurements are right besides the main journal, it might b a lil bigger, which would give me more room for .25 o.s.

Post the bearing codes on the bottom of the block and the codes on each rod.

There aren't NUMBERS on the Block, there are Letters. Numbers are on the crank and rods.

This is going to end bad unless the OP takes the crank, block, and rods to a machinist with the proper tools and accuracy to make the measurements.

OP, what clearances are you shooting for?
