dynoed it yesterday and it went ok. went 215whp 148trq. i was expecting more but my tuner is afraid of going over 8500 because of the stock sleeves and i dont want the sleeves to crack. he was saying we could make more power if we kept going higher.

I had the almost the exact same numbers with the Skunk2 stage 3 cams (208/148). I switched to the Skunk2 stage 2 cams outside the dyno and made 222/162 two hours later.

yea thats what i was thinkin. but i am also using a very restrictive exhaust(greddy sp2), so im going to go with a full 2.5in exhaust soon. but worse case senario I will switch back to s2s2 cams since I don't really want to go over 8500rpms because of stock sleeves.

why not just get a cutout and leave the sp2 for street driving? numbers do seem a tad low IMO. id try the cutout first than do the cam swap

yea my dad was just saying that last night. I'm ordering one next week. I know the numbers are low and we are trying to find out why. I think the tuner is wanting to play with the cam timing a little bit.

As far as your A/F, you could lean out a little from 7500 to 8500 rpm. Your graph says it's at 12.

What size exhaust are you running?

I would go with 3inch exhaust piping. With a decent size resonator and Magnaflow oval or Vibrant 3.0 inch muffler it wont be very loud and will definitely help

I wish I could read dyno sheets man. thats why I posted this here so you guys can tell me what is wrong with this picture. lol. Honestly I wasn't there when the car was dyno tuned, my dad was. I wish I knew the first thing about tuning. I think the tuner knows what he is doing but this is my first time going to him and hes our local tuner.

your vtec is set at 5500 rpms, he should try 5000 rpms as there is to much torque spike at vtec. I noticed the same thing when I used my S2S3 cams. You also should have tried a different header.
