Default Need Help with HIDs ASAP please!

i recently bought some xenith xenon 12k H4 purple hids high beam and low beam after installing them when i turned them on the passenger side went on fine and turned super bright purple in about a min but the driver side was clear white and didnt burn to purple at all. (car was off) so i switched the bulbs around and it was not the bulbs that were the problem so i switched the battery packs and it wasnt that either. it was late that night so i gave up and went to bed next mourning i turned them on and still had the problem i tryed turning on my car after turning it on the driver side (white side that never turned purple) started flickering for about 15-20 seconds then turned off. i need to fix this asap because i have to drive at night!!!

bixenons right? do you only connect one plug from the car to the ballast and then from that ballast to the other? or do you have the kind where you use both headlight plugs? (asking cuz mine I only use one plug to the ballast the other plug is just laying there and it works perfect0

Run your stock light until you fix it
