ok ive got a 95 civic with an f22b1 in it and ive been having a few problems with it 1. it revs up and down stupidly and vtec wont engage at all it threw a couple of codes 14, and 21, i changed both the iacv and the vtec solenoid and still no change with the car at all does anybody have any idea what it might be???
