charcoal box and throttle body water line

charcoal box and throttle body water line
i want to delete these two off my car. i heard the water line doesn't do jack anyway. so how common is this little mod? anyone out there already do this stuff?

Both are emission things I believe. The water line you just loop, IIRC. The charcoal box is the one on the back of the block, right? I think if you add a breather system on your valve cover you can get rid of it.
