Default Coolant Lines

1993 Integra. There's a solid metal pipe that brings coolant from the water pump to the thermostat and there's a coolant line that runs off the middle of that pipe...where does that line run to? There's also a line that runs off the bottom of the throttle body, where does that go? My Haynes repair manual doesn't really go into much detail about it and it's been almost a year since I took it apart so yea...don't remember. Any ideas or manuals that would cover it would be great...thanks.
