hey guys. thought i would share my build. I just rebuilt the motor and thought i would throw some extra stuff in there.


Skunk2 intake manifold
4-1 header with 2.5" collector
2.5" Skunk2 megapower cat back, 2.5" catdelete
JG edlebrock 301 cams
G4racing adjustable cam gears
ARP headstuds
P30 B16 pistons (11.6:1)
Shotpeened and bored rods with ARP bolts
Stage3 6puck sprung clutch
YS1 tranny

not tuned yet, but i would be happy with 160whp. Any input? estimates on whp?

it should hit 160whp but how are those jg edelbrock cams to tell you the truth i didnt even think that they make camshafts but anyways gett it tuned it probably runs like ****......report back with numbers

 

160whp sounds around there. but man, that thing looks clean with all them new parts. with a good tune, it'll be 160whp no problem in my opinion. the cams will help and the compression is higher than a reguler LS.

 

I'm gonna guess around 175. Good luck. Should have a lot of torque. Underdog ftw

 

This is a similar setup to what I am running. I really wish you would have used Crower 404s though. I want to know if v2p clearance will be ok with the p30s. Clean looking DA, except the VC . But seriously I like the car. I'm in for some dyno numbers!
