Default help with turbo

Hello everyone i'm new to the honda game and i'm having some trouble on figuring out which turbo to install on my 95 gsr, I was wondering if somebody could help me on choosing which one to buy. Now the motor isn't built yet and i have $2000 to spend plus maybe an extra couple hundred. The two i was looking at are a t3/t4 kit from ebay and the other is a 18g. I was just wonderig if there was a difference in the overal performance or if its just a quality issue. any advice would be greatly appreciated.

p.s. if anyone knows a good kit for sale used im all ears.
