95 DX 5 speed stock. when im coasting in neutral the idle is perfect at like 800 but when im stopped (whether im on the brake or not or on the clutch or not) the idle drops to almost zero and it start vibrating. things i have tried: dizzy, plugs, wires, iacv, and air filter. and it doesnt really matter how fast im coastin, it can be 5 or 65, the idle is still perfect. any idea what the problem is?

What have you done to the IACV? It's a prime suspect.

Is the CEL ON?

Also check whether the PCV valve or hose or breather hose is clogged.

 

i cleaned the IACV, i havent replaced it yet. no CELs and i will check the pcv valve later today. also it has been doing this for a few months now and it hasnt actually stalled out.
