Default My 400whp GSR build

Hello all,

I thought I'd share my upcoming turbo GSR build with you. Goals for the car would be around 400whp, mid-high 11s and a trap speed of around 120mph while being a full interior gsr fully capable of driving on the street (not a DD though, i have another car for that).

stock sleeve 81.5mm b18c1, stock gsr crank
wiseco 9.7:1 pistons (ptw came to .0025")
eagle H beam rods, 3/8" arp rod bolts
OEM honda main/rod bearings, both clearanced to .0015"
golden eagle head studs
stock GSR head with oem dual valve springs, new valve steam seals installed, milled and cleaned by jim justice
GSR cams (looking to get ITR cams in the future)
AEBS intake manifold
RC 750s or the new bosch 1000s....havent decided yet
walbro 255 fuel pump
Gsr throttle body
inline pro t3 turbo manifold
Innovative turbo systems ball bearing turbo, size very similar to a gt35r, i forget the exact model of the turbo, please excuse my ignorance until i return home on friday and find out the actual model number
tial wastegate with 10lb spring
tial blow off valve
2.5" ic piping
Shop made intercooler, way too big for my setup (it was given to me), looking to get rid of it and get a precision 600
3" downpipe
3" exhaust
Endyn or t1 catch can/breather setup (if you have either forsale please contact me)
tuning will be done on neptune by john kerr on the innovative motorworks dynapack
Will have boost by gear and the neptune boost controller (thats not the actual name but that will suffice until i ask john the real name)

Entire engine will be assembled by yours truly.

As for suspension/tires, I'll get to that when the time comes (suggestions on suspension would be helpful), i'm concentrating on getting it running first. The car will also be receiving a nice coat of pearl white (my mom got an 08 TL in that color and i fell in love with it so my car will be the same color)

Hey i saw this build on TI... you do know that the mods on there are going to tell you to Sleeve it because anything over 300whp is "Unsafe" to them ... TI is gay...

anyway 400whp in a full weight 2600-2700lb integra will trap 123-125! i was doing 123 with only about 370whp@2615lbs...@ 340whp i trap 118-119mph... looking forward to seeing some results!

Hahaha yes I know all about TI and its members thoughts on stock sleeve turbo builds. I do like TI for some of their well put together articles and maintenance write ups. Plus the list of b series cam specs comes in handy like once a week lol.

Those are some nice numbers you ran, I hope I have similar results. Is that 2600-2700 with you in it? Mine is 2500 without me.

I plan on getting the ID 1000s now that i've thought about it more.

I plan on keeping the inline pro manifold, i've seen good results from them and its fine for my goals.

I would not worry about getting ITR cams with that manifold.Just stick with the GSR cams and spend the money on the ID 1000 injectors.

Thats my current plan

If it doesnt make the power I want I'll look into the ITRs and a better manifold (top mount/ramhorn)

Hahahahahaha 22k on a 500whp build that everyone on that forum beats off to, so pathetic. He actually told me i'll need a resistor box for the bosch 1000s, bahahahahahahaha. Ive been banned from that forum plenty of times.

Ah my car will be at like 2750 with me in it

Interesting turbo.

For some reason I have my heart set on using the inline manifold but don't want to use it if I can't get a decent turbo in there. I don't want to use the small housing 35r. Wish Garret's housings were so big.

You should be able to reach your goals. Good luck with it.

Why is it so interesting?

Why is your heart set on the inline pro manifold?

You can always fit a decent turbo in there, hell matt keller had a gt42r with his inline pro jawn
