Default Critique my H23 Turbo Build

I've been researching for a few months and this is what I've come up with. Before I go and spend $15k, I want to make sure I'm not missing anything. My goal is 500+ whp on 94 octane. My car is a 93 Prelude with H23. Any input is appreciated.

Garrett GT3076R .63 AR Turbine
Lovefab SST exhaust manifold and downpipe
Garrett 600HP intercooler
HKS Super SQV blow off valve
Tial 44mm wastegate
Crower Stage 2 Turbo cams and valvetrain (springs, retainers, supertech valves and guides)
AEM cam gears
Blacktrax intake manifold
Block work + balancing
-Darton sleeves + O-ring
-CP pistons 9.0:1
-Crower Rods
-Crankshaft micropolish
Blox 68mm throttle body
Port and Polish and head work
RC 1000cc injectors
AEM fuel rail and FPR, walbro 255lph fuel pump
ACT clutch (HA3-XTR6 holds 500 torque)
Fidanza flywheel
Quaife LSD
Hondata s300 + P75 chipped + 4 bar map sensor
AEM gauges and senors (boost controller, uego wideband a/f, oil temp, fuel pressure, oil pressure)
Redshift 3" exhaust + 3" high flow cat
ARP headstuds
Nippon intake manifold gasket
Moroso oil pan

Also things like oil feed lines, piping, new gaskets, filters etc I left out because the list would be too big and these are obvious.

If you want 500whp on pump, I recommend a larger turbo. Very least you can do is go with a .82 ar turbine on that gt30. A GT35R maybe with a large Turbine. Probably going to want/need a T4 turbo.

If you get all those crazy parts, a larger GT30 would be fine. Evans Tuning pulled a nice hat trick with their GT30/GT35 compairo - the .82ar GT30 had better spool but the same power as a normal GT35. Go look at Evans Tuning's b-series dyno library for reference on that test, and the h-section those motors.

If you want to be sure of 500whp, get a GT35. A 2.3L motor will spool that turbo up well anyways.

DITTO
GT35 with .82 works fine. minimal lag, loads of torque. Might want to look at the Skunk 2 Pro 1 cams per Evans tuning. Lots of power @ lower boost.

^ Dont you also have a revhard cast log mani tho? that would decrease spool time. How much did you make on pump gas or E85 purple? I gotta read up on these Pro 1 cams on H motors.... any good threads?

The turbo is the one thing I'm not 100% sure on, like you all have said. The h23 crank can only take about 7000 rpm safely from what I've read. My understanding is a .82 AR would only make power if you rev it past 7k.

I'll check out Evan's tuning. And I don't think Skunk2 makes cams for the H23, only the H22 but I'll check it out.

Evans tuning site has a dyno comparison. You're right though, it is on an H22. I always ran race gas or E85 in my car due to 10:1 compression. I believe Evans dyno run (H22) had close to 500whp @ 17 psi or so. I needed 23 psi to reach 535whp.
