stock suspension
Quick question my buddy is getting a 2005 s2000 and he was wondering if since the suspension is so tight already if he should do full coilovers or just sleeves or something along those lines
well he used to have a integra with some stiff **** on it but it will be a weekend toy and wants to tear up some curvy roads im sure so let us know what he should get

No one here can pick it for him and I doubt they'll want to anyway. Go to one of these pages and then google the companies that make them. I'm sure by doing that he can find all the info he needs as far as specs and what each suspension package is best suited for/has to offer and if it will work with what he wants to do. We don't know how he drives and we don't own his car so ultimately its up to him and his personal preference.

From what it sounds like the type of driving he'll be doing. Bilstein PSS9's sound like a great candidate. I have them on my car and they are nice for streetability with the occasional spirited driving with nine levels of adjustability. They are not as stiff as I would like them to be for track and auto X on full stiff. But they will get me by until I decide to go with a better suspension suited for track and auto X. They go for $1349 shipped from Shox.com. That is where I got mine through.
1. Why are people coming on asking questions for their buddy. Why doesn't your buddy go out and do his own research and ask his own questions?
2. He doesn't even have an s2000 yet; yet he's wanting to change the suspension.
3. He shouldn't even be thinking about changing the suspension till he drives the car and figures out what he needs as everyone has different driving styles and need different setups.
