Default vibration

I have a '90 accord lx, when I first bought it the passenger side of the hood would vibrate when i put it in reverse. Over time its gotten a little worse, but now when its in drive the hood and the steering wheel vibrate untill it starts moving, and it vibrates when I stop at lights too. Any ideas? Thanks.

Front motor mount is really easy, but the rear is a serious bitch. I just let the dealer take care of both of mine.

in my manual, it says to jack up the car and put a jack under the oil pan with a block of wood to push the engine up, but it still doesnt look like a lot of fun.
