depends on whether you buy new or used parts, and what kind of prices you can get for said parts. also depends on what integra engine you want to use. you could get an ls for a few hundred, or a type r engine for a couple thousand. all and all i spent about $1,500 for my b18b1 swap. thats me doing all the work and pulling the engine from my friends car that he wrecked lol.

an ls is either a b18a1 from a 90-93 integra, or b18b1 from a 94-01 integra.

truthfully when i first thought about swapping engines i never thought i'd be able to do it. i looked around for months and scoured info on swaps and all the things i might run into along the way, and eventually i decided i thought i could tackle it. i ended up doin the ls swap myself and i'm glad i did. not just because i saved money, but its nice being able to say you did the work on your car, rather than someone else.

now if you are really not mechanically inclined or simply lack a place/tools to even attempt a swap, then its certainly understandable that you'd want someone else to perform the swap. unfortunately the labor for doing such a thing is almost always very expensive.
