springs ,retainer and valve is super tech
my intake is sk2 pro
tb professional product 68mm
injector of h22 jdm 345 cc
flyweel act 12 lbs
clutch stage 3
transmission is sir
my question is with can of cam is the best for my setup???

I have those cams and a very similar build to yours and made 191 SAE whp without any cam gear tuning on a stock B16a2 head. I really like the cams, very easy to tune, make great power in VTEC, similar to the Skunk2 pro 1's. You should be able to make more than I did with your setup as long as you have a good tuner and tuning system. The Pro 1's will give you more midrange and low end but can be a little harder to tune.

Cams with hotter primaries like those from Rocket Motorsports (M22x, etc) or Skunk Pro Series will give best satisfaction.
Cams like JUN3 or similar copies of have smaller primaries that cause the power band to die out before (causing the famous "dip") being able to properly engage VTEC.
