Ok my motor was built a year ago and i have been dd until I finished my turbo kit up. So now im ready to tune so should I put on the kit and drive to the tuner( without boost of course, i.e. disconnect a charge pipe) or put the kit on there?

Or the second option my friend had his car tuned awhile back on 10lbs so could I use his chip and not even have to tune? Thanks for any feedback

 

i would put the kit on. make all your connections. dont leave anything undone, but the one thing i would do is to leave the stock injectors/ecu in the car, you can drive to the tuner this way (dont be stupid about it) .... when you get to your destination, swap out the injectors and ecu to whatever you are tuning with.

either that. or tow the vehicle.
