Last Thursday I was driving my car and noticed the clutch felt lighter, so I put some brake fluid in. Did'nt help much, Friday I was driving to Atlanta and put 300 miles on my car that weekend. By the time I got back home my clutch felt pretty louse.
I have been loosing fluid for awhile but not much I just fill it up alittle each couple weeks. I'm thinking I have a clutch master cy problem.
Do you guys think its the cy or clutch itself or a clutch alignment, or even some air got in the line?
Also I am loosing fluid but I neved see anything in the bay or ground.
The car has 97,700 miles, bought it at 64,000 and im sure its the original clutch.
please help, thanks

try bleeding it, if it eventually feels lousy its probably your clutch master cylinder. check to see near the clutch pedal if it may be leaking there.
It's pointless to make an assessment of the clutch disc itself if you're losing fluid. Address the hydraulic problem first.
Replace the clutch master and/or slave cylinders, whichever is leaking. Pull back the boot on the slave cylinder and check for signs of leakage. Get down under the dash and check for sludge/drips where the pushrod enters the master cylinder. If both are leaking, replace both and bleed the system.

if you're losing fluid it's either the clutch master cylinder or the slave cylinder. try bleeding the slave cylinder and see how the clutch feels and if it still weird.
