get rid of all your AC units.
take out your coolant resevoir.
take out your washer resevoir as well.
get a half-sized radiator.
relocate your battery to your trunk.
get a different air intake delivery system.

also if you really wanna do it big, do a wire tuck.

I wouldnt use that link he provided for any kind of real numbers. They are all way off, just an estimate thats on the heavy side.

Here are some numbers from my crx when i stripped it. All measurements were done with a doctor style slide scale in the same day with me holding the item in a <1 lb box.

All items are from an 88 Crx hf, if there are two items(matching sides like speakers) then they are measured together and totaled.

AC System Brakedown Total 56.5 (note this is ALL heating/cooling stuff)
-Pump+bracket 25lbs
-Tubes condensor, resivoir 11lbs
-AC core and small fittings 7.5lbs
-Blower fan, wires, heater core, small parts and plastics left 13lbs

Random things

Spare tire 20.5 lbs
Door panels 9
Rear curvy plastic panels, metal brackets, and trim(rear strip) 19lbs
center plastic/storage box, entire center console, 14lbs
Front speakers 2lbs
rear speakers 6.5lbs (yeah i dont know either)
Misc parts, floor mats, brackets, 13lbs

Dash 14.5lbs
carpet plus remaining trim 13lbs
radio climate stuff etc, 6lbs
Misc bag full of bits and pieces 4.5
Dash supports and remaining plastic heater/cooling tubes 3lbs

Switched to momo seat 11lbs lighter
passanger seat 16lbs

I couldnt measure my rear hatch glass which i have changed to about 3 lbs of lexan, but i really dont think it weighed that much, 10lbs max (mine came out in a bucket/vaccume)

Battery, switch to a nice small one, or use a lawnmower battery like me. havent weighed, not much lighter than my old one though. 5lbs max

My total weight savings are 208.5 as it sits. I know its more info than you wanted(sounds like you just want engine bay) but there ya go.
