got a 94 integra ls automatic. When i turn on the car it doesnt throw no check but then when i just turn over the key without starting it it throws me the ect code is that normal or what.

 

you mean when you turn the key to the first click (the accessory position), no cel comes on, but when you turn the key to the 2nd click (ignition on position), the cel comes on? the ecu and sensors only get power when the key is in the on position (and over on the start position, too). soo......
