itb's street legal? where to get em?
can you run these on the street? are they reliable for daily driving?

just make sure to get the carbon fiber velocity stacks, much more reliable. more power too.

Well then I can answer this one: NO they are not streetable.
.....you CAN run filters on them. Little sock things or some kind of sheetmetal enclosures that go to a filter on a stick.....
