Default Quick header question

Hey guys I've got a quick question on B Series headers. I searched but couldn't find what I was looking for.

I have a guy who wants to trade me his DC header for stock. The DC is for his EM1 Si so it would have a B16A2. I have a few stock headers and I want to trade him one that will fit perfectly. I have a B18c1 and was wondering if it will be a perfect fit. I know a lot of people say all B series headers are the same but I have the idea that the bottom piece is a different length on some. I also have an LS header. Will that fit his? Sorry if this is really newb. I'm sure it's been covered before but I just couldn't find it searching.

Any input is appreciated. Thanks guys!

The GSR stock exhaust manifold is different from an LS one because the oil pan is different. Some companies that make quality headers will make a different header for the GSR.

The exhaust side bolt-pattern is the same on every B-series.

^^ Ooops fixed the engine code. Thanks!

Hmm, I don't know if this would work then. If I've got the B18C1 in my car his header would be too short for me then huh?

Oh ok. Good info!

Do you know if the stock LS and B16A2 exhaust manifold is the same then?

I can't say for sure stock for stock, but there are SO many DC Sports headers (4-1, 4-2-1, one-piece, two-piece, polished, ceramic, brushed, etc) that it's hard to compare part numbers.

Ok, I'm just thinking, if I give him a stock LS exhaust manifold. I want to make sure it fits his Si.

Well, I guess we'll see if the LS works with it. I'm supposed to meet up with him Tuesday...
