h22 or ls/vtec swap in ej1

Hi iam a new tuner and i was wondering if anyone could tell what i would need for both swaps, and which is cheapest, easiest , and hp, torque.

go with h2b, h22 with b series trans. h22 u need the mounts, the h2b adapter kitu have to use the b series axles, trans shifter linakages
